Fixings:
1 formula Tender Lemon Cake
1 formula Swiss Meringue Buttercream

Headings:

Trim base layers; stack on cake round, with 3/4 cup buttercream spread over top of each. Add top layer; spread 1 cup buttercream over whole cake. Refrigerate 40 minutes until firm. Color half leftover buttercream pink.
Put cake on turning stand. Lay level a 12-inch cake sack with #103 tip. Fill half of pack from tip to finish off with pink buttercream, other half with white. Hold pack upward, space of tip opposite to cake; utilize quick ever changing movement 1 inch wide to make unsettle, pulling tip up side.
Turn cake stand gradually, funneling round unsettle up and over. Appreciate !
