Birthday cake Recipe Ingredients :

* mango cake:
* 1 Devil’s food cake box
* 2 cups heavy cream whipped with 1/3 cup powder sugar
* 2 cans mango in syrup
* powder sugar
* chocolate cake:
* 1 Devil’s food cake box
* 10 oz plain chocolate, chopped
* 1 ¼ cups heavy cream
* ½ cup hazelnut, chopped
* ½ cup ground hazelnut praline
* ½ cup powder sugar, sifted
* 2 tbsp cocoa powder

Birthday cake Recipe INSTRUCTIONS

* Mango cake:
* Make cake as directed and use a 30cm cake pan to bake and split into three layers. Use the mango syrup to brush the first layer , pipe whipped cream in a circular shape and sprinkle with chopped mangoes. Top with the second cake layer. Repeat the same process and top with the final cake layer. Sift powder sugar over the top. Transfer to a 60cmx40cm serving cake base. Chill
*Chocolate cake:
* Bake cake as directed in a 26cm cake pan. Cool and split in three layers. Heat cream until simmering and pour over chopped chocolate. Stir until smooth and leave to cool and thickens. Spread 3 tbsp of the chocolate mixture over the first cake layer, Sprinkle with half of the hazelnuts, sprinkle with half of the ground praline and top with the second cake layer. Repeat the same process with the second layer and top with the third cake layer. Cover part of the top cake with a parchment paper and sift powder sugar over the rest. Place beside the Mango cake in the cake base. Chill..and the birthday cake recipe of train is ready...enjoy the party !

Ingredients

* 2 packages (18-1/4 ounces each) white cake mix, plus ingredients to prepare mixes shopping list
* Grated peel of 3 lemons shopping list
* 2 containers (16 ounces each) lemon frosting shopping list
* Pastel-colored coated fruit candies or mini mint chips shopping list

INSTRUCTIONS

* Preheat oven to 350°F.
* Line bottoms of one 6-inch, one 8-inch and one 10-inch round cake pan with parchment paper.
* Spray pans with nonstick cooking spray.
* Prepare cake mixes according to package directions, stirring lemon peel into batter.
* Pour about 1-3/4 cups batter into 6-inch pan, about 2-3/4 cups batter into 8-inch pan and about 4-1/4 cups batter into 10-inch pan.
* Bake 10-inch cake 28 to 30 minutes and 6-inch and 8-inch cakes 33 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted into centers comes out clean.
* Cool completely in pans on wire racks.
* Place 10-inch cake upside down on serving plate; frost top and side of cake.
* If top of 8-inch cake is rounded, cut off top with long serrated knife. Place cake flat side down centered over 10-inch cake.
* Frost top and side of cake.
* If top of 6-inch cake is rounded, cut off top with long serrated knife. Place cake flat side down centered over 8-inch cake.
* Frost top and side of 6-inch cake.

* 3 egg whites
* 1 (18.25 ounce) package white cake mix
* 1 1/3 cups water
* 2 tablespoons canola oil
* red paste food coloring
* orange paste food coloring
* yellow paste food coloring
* green paste food coloring
* blue paste food coloring
* purple paste food coloring

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 8-inch round cake pans.
2. Beat the egg whites with an electric mixer until frothy, about 1 minute. Add the cake mix, water, and canola oil; continue beating for 2 minutes on medium speed.
3. Divide the cake batter into six separate bowls. Use a toothpick to scoop a dab of food coloring into one bowl of batter and stir; add more food coloring, if necessary, to reach the desired shade. Repeat with the remaining colors and bowls of batter.
4. Scoop spoonfuls of batter into the prepared pans, alternating the colors. Use a toothpick to gently swirl the colors for a marbled effect.
5. Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes clean, about 30-35 minutes. Cool in the pans for 10 minutes before removing to cool completely on a wire rack.

* 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
* 1/4 cup sugar
* 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
* 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen sweetened strawberries, thawed
* 1 tablespoon cornstarch
* 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
* 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
* 1/4 cup lemon juice
* 3 eggs
* 1 tablespoon water

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter. Press onto the bottom of an ungreased 9-in. springform pan. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. In a blender or food processor, combine strawberries and cornstarch; cover and process until smooth. Pour into a saucepan; bring to a boil. Boil and stir for 2 minutes. Set aside 1/3 cup strawberry sauce; cool. Cover and refrigerate remaining sauce for serving. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in milk. Add lemon juice; mix well. Add eggs, beat on low just until combined. Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over crust. Drop half of the reserved strawberry mixture by 1/2 teaspoonfuls onto cream cheese layer. Carefully spoon remaining cream cheese mixture over sauce. Drop remaining strawberry sauce by 1/2 teaspoonfuls on top. With a knife, cut through top layer only to swirl strawberry sauce. Bake at 300 degrees F for 45-50 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Carefully run a knife around edge of pan to loosen; cool 1 hour longer. Refrigerate overnight. Remove side of pan. * 1 cup unsalted butter
* 1/2 cup shortening
* 2 cups confectioners' sugar

* 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
* 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Instructions

1. Mix heavy cream and flour in a small bowl. Heat the mixure in the microwave for 45 seconds on high. Set aside to cool.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine butter, shortening, confectioner's sugar, vanilla extract and butter extract.
3. Using and electric mixer, beat on low until combined. Then beat on medium speed for 6-8 minutes.
4. Next add the heavy cream mixture, and beat on medium speed for another 10 minutes. ( Mixture will appear soupy at first, but will become fluffy.) The birthday cake recipe is ready...enjoy it !

* 1 cup butter
* 2 cups white sugar
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 4 eggs
* 3 teaspoons baking powder
* 3 cups all-purpose flour
* 1 cup milk
* 1 pinch salt

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour one 9x13 inch pan or three 8 or 9 inch round layer cake pans.
2. Cream the butter and sugar together until smooth and fluffy. Mix in the vanilla extract.
3. Separate the eggs and set the egg whites aside. Add the egg yolks one at a time to the creamed mixture, beating after each one.
4. Measure the baking powder into the flour, sift a little of the flour into the creamed mixture. Continue adding the flour and the milk alternately, while continually beating the mixture. Beat the cake batter until a few air bubbles show.
5. Beat the 4 egg whites with a dash of salt until stiff. Gently fold egg whites into the batter. Pour batter into prepared pan(s).
6. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) until cake(s) test done, approximately 25 to 35 minutes. The Happy Birthday cake recipe is ready to serve...enjoy the party !
